Logistics Crew: Be the backbone of the event setup! Assist with tents, tables, chairs, stages, signs, unloading, and placing supplies along the course to get everything ready for race day.
Event Set-Up: Become a behind-the-scenes hero! Help organize and set up registration, food stations, medals, water stations, and info booths for a smooth race experience.
Registration Team: Welcome participants with a smile! Assist with registration and kit pick-up, guide people through the process, and make a great first impression.
Start/Finish Line Marshal: Keep the start/finish areas running smoothly! Help manage participants, ensure safety, cheer them on, and keep the areas clear of non-participants for an exciting atmosphere.
Course Marshal: Your watchful eyes keep the race safe! Monitor the course, guide and assist participants, count laps, and ensure fairness and safety throughout the race.
Bike Marshal: Ride the course as a Bike Marshal! Supervise the race route, keep participants safe, and ensure everything runs smoothly. Must be an experienced and skilled cyclist.
Water Station Crew
Help keep participants fueled and hydrated! Hand out water, cheer them on, and support runners as they power through the course.
Cheer Squad
Bring the energy! Your cheers will fuel the participants as they push through the race. Be the loudest and most positive force on the course—your enthusiasm makes a huge difference!
Food Team: Be part of the finish line celebration! Help safely serve food to hungry runners, ensuring they have everything they need to recover and celebrate their victory.
Medals Team: Celebrate the champions! Sort and hand out medals to finishers, making their race experience unforgettable and their accomplishments even more special.
Medical Team: Be there for the participants who need help! Assist with first aid, providing care and support to anyone in need. (Preferred First Aid, RN, MD, or Physio credentials.)
Photographer: Capture the magic of race day! Whether at the start, finish, course, or expo area, you’ll document the event’s unforgettable moments. Must bring your own camera equipment.
Charity Booth Crew: Make a difference! Help set up and run charity booths, provide information, and collect donations to support an amazing cause.
Volunteer Captain: Lead the charge! As a Volunteer Captain, you’ll motivate and guide a team of volunteers, ensuring everything runs smoothly and making the event a success.
Tear-Down Crew: Help us wrap it up! After the race, assist with clean-up, packing, and loading equipment, helping return the venue to its original state
