By registering for, participating in, or accessing any services related to the Brampton Marathon (“we,” “our,” “us”), you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not participate in or use our services.

  1. Eligibility
  • Participants must meet the age and health requirements specified for each race category.
  • Minors must have parental or guardian consent.
  • By registering, you confirm that you are physically fit to participate.

  1. Registration & Fees
  • Registration is mandatory for participation.
  • Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable except in cases explicitly stated in our refund policy.
  • Providing false or incomplete information may result in disqualification.

  1. Participant Conduct
  • All participants must follow race rules and instructions from event officials.
  • Unsportsmanlike behavior, cheating, or disruptive conduct may lead to disqualification.
  • Littering along the race route is strictly prohibited.

  1. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
  • Participation in the Brampton Marathon carries inherent risks, including injury and accidents.
  • By participating, you acknowledge and assume all risks involved.
  • The Brampton Marathon is not responsible for injuries, lost items, or other damages.

  1. Use of Personal Data
  • By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
  • Race results, photos, and videos may be shared publicly.

  1. Event Modifications & Cancellations
  • The Brampton Marathon reserves the right to modify or cancel the event due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • No refunds will be issued in the event of cancellation due to force majeure events.

  1. Intellectual Property
  • All trademarks, logos, and event-related content are the property of the Brampton Marathon and may not be used without permission.
